Got an oil change and tire rotation near the beginning of the month. Over filled my oil and then when I went to drain it down myself I noticed the T45 oil plug was stripped to almost nothing. My inspection report was all green and I took it in knowing I had a shot wheel bearing as well. Lube techs need better training or journeymen need to oversee more closely. The dipstick was only 6 inches from the oil fill cap too.
Awesome dealer to deal with. Avery was awesome and pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful in selecting the perfect truck. I went in with a number in mind and they were honest but flexible with what I was looking for. I ended up with a beauty of a truck. Gary in finance was very helpful as well explaining my different options and packages I could purchase if I wanted. The small town feel was awesome! They even bring you next door to take care of registration. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for new or used!

I own a 2015 Jeep GC and this dealership has completed most all of the servicing on this vehicle since 2015. In addition to scheduled services, they completed some warranty work. The results were always excellent. Great attention to detail and customer needs. They never tried to "up sell" me. Through out the years, I have seen different "faces come and go" however the quality of service was consistently good. I drive an hour one way to reach this dealership location and it is well worth my time to do so when I require their services. Thank you.
